Brandy arrives to the awards in a curve hugging cocktail dress. I love the way she owns the room when she walked in,and she forces you to pay attention . I would loose the shoes because it takes focus off the dress. She should have pulled a solid color pair of pumps that would have been ova! But the shear neck and the length of the dress is percfect!
