Knock out!!!!!! This is chic. Ciara's wearing a black Balman mini dress from the fall 2010 collection paired with boots. So the boots were inappropriate for the weather but are not in general. I felt so bad for her feet..OMG those poor hot sweaty baby feet.... ugh
